Tracy Deleon
Founder/President
Tracy DeLeon received her undergraduate degree from Western Illinois
University in 1987, and in 1989, began working in the rail industry.
Her early years in the industry concentrated on car movement, car hire, and contract
negotiations. Tracy went on to earn her master’s degree in International Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago in 1998. Additionally, she received her Paralegal Certificate in 1994.
While employed with CIT, she transitioned from rail logistics/car movement, and
car hire to AVP of Fleet Management. In 2004, she made the bold move into
ownership of International Decal Management Corporation.
Tracy is also the Past President and current Secretary for the League of Railway Industry Women. -
Lisa Morgan
DIrector of Fleet Management
Lisa Morgan began her career in administrative positions with the Tennessee Valley Authority. Following TVA, she worked as a Logistics & Event Coordinator with the Power Electronics Applications Center based in Knoxville, TN. She then held the position of Personal Executive Assistant at National Cash Advance and the McClellan Family Foundation. She has also worked as the Administrative Manager for M&B Jewelry Co. in Chattanooga, TN.
Her career then moved to the rail industry when she became the Manager of Storage Yards for Chattanooga, Kingsport & Youngstown Railcar where she worked closely with the switch crews and railcar owners to manage the storage of railcars at all 3 facilities.
The latest career move was to International Decal Management Corporation where she maintains relationships with customers by working with them to handle their decal, AEI tag and reflective needs.
